Duties
Assist in overseeing daily operations within the kitchen and bar areas, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service.
Help manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all food preparation areas.
Support menu planning and food preparation activities, contributing to culinary creativity.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
Collaborate with the management team to implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency and service quality.
Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the hospitality or culinary sectors is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
Experience in kitchen operations, bartending, or food preparation will be advantageous.
Proven ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are crucial for success in this role.
