We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team in a vibrant hospitality environment. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining services, while upholding the highest standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

Duties



Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations within the kitchen and dining areas. Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring that all food production meets quality standards. Support in food preparation and cooking, adhering to established recipes and presentation guidelines. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Train new staff members in culinary techniques, hospitality practices, and operational procedures. Help manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience. Collaborate with the team to create innovative menu items that reflect current culinary trends.

Experience



Previous experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in a kitchen environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. A background in hospitality or hotel management is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: 25,977.00-27,011.00 per year
