We are seeking an outgoing and approachable Assistant Manager with a strong background in Front of House operations to join our team at The Ginn Trap. Working closely with the General Manager, the forefront of this role will include managing our Front of House team and ensuring all operations run smoothly and effectively.

Job Requirements:

To be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and take pride in delivering a great guest experience Leading guests through an all aspects of an enjoyable restaurant/hotel experience Wet stock management in the property Being a team player interested in expanding their knowledge and contributing to a welcoming pub atmosphere and expanding our positive company ethos here at Chestnut Organisation of large group events from planning through to execution Cash management
