Baxterstorey is looking for a Corporate Assistant Manger for Client Service with excellent customer service skills with an eye for detail for our team based in the City.
As the Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the dayto-day operations of client services, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Client Services Manager to coordinate and execute all aspects of reception and meeting room/hospitality bookings, as well as team management. OUR GOAL: To delight our customers by creating moments that surprises them and exceed their expectation and foster their loyalty and retention by keeping them happy.
Qualifications
Previous Supervisor experience working within a customer facing role is essential, preferably in a corporate or high-end hotel or contract catering setting. Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential and the perfect candidate must be able to work well within a team as well as being comfortable to work alone. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office products is also essential.
