Allstars Sports Bowl is looking for an experienced Assistant Manger who has a passion for customer service and loves working in a fast paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include all aspects of running the venue, you will build key relationships and work closely with the management team to ensure we are giving the best possible offering to our customers.
You will be hands on and trained across all areas of the venue to support the effective operation of the business. You will support the General Manager and Deputy Manager with back of house duties, as well as running an exceptional operation front of house.
To be successful you should have:
- A minimum of twelve months management experience in a fast paced, customer facing environment
- Be passionate about customer service and providing customers with the best possible experience
- Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams
- Be willing to work a mixture of days, evenings and weekends
- Be driven and ambitious
