Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at The Globe. In this role, located in Great Britain, you will play a vital part in supporting the management of our pub operations, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the pub. Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times. Supervise staff performance and provide training to enhance team skills. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any inquiries or complaints effectively. Contribute to menu planning and special events that enhance guest experiences.

Requirements

At least 1 years experience as an Assistant Manager in a high volume food lead operation. Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service.
