About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative Assistant

Interior Designer

to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the world of interior design. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate eager to develop their skills in sourcing, space planning, client presentations, and project coordination. You will work alongside experienced designers, contributing to real projects and learning the ins and outs of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

design concept development

, mood boards, and presentations. Research and

source furniture, fabrics, finishes, and accessories

. Create and update

floor plans, sketches, and 3D renderings

Help coordinate and track

orders, deliveries, and supplier communications

. Support on-site visits,

design installations, and styling

. Maintain

sample libraries, vendor lists, and project documentation

. Stay updated on

design trends, materials, and industry innovations

.

Skills & Qualifications

Currently studying or recently graduated in

Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field

. Experience in

SketchUp and Photoshop is essential. Knowledge of AutoCAD, or similar design software

(preferred but not essential). Efficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PPT, Excel. Strong

creative and problem-solving skills

with an eye for detail. Excellent

organisation, multitasking, and communication skills

. Passionate about interior design with a

keen interest in materials, finishes, and styling

. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a

fast-paced environment

.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Graduate
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: 20,000.00-21,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 per week
