What You Need to Succeed
The successful candidate will:
Be an outstanding practitioner who is experienced in raising the achievement and attainment of children.
Hold the National SENDCo qualification.
Be able to demonstrate excellent educational knowledge, with a sound understanding of Inclusive practice.
Support the Leadership Team in generating high expectations and continuing to develop a learning community in which everyone is able to reach their potential.
Work with colleagues in a coaching capacity, to further improve the quality of teaching and learning across the school.
Play a full and active part in the life of the school, championing its values, motivating colleagues to achieve excellence and raise standards.
Demonstrate outstanding communication skills in order to successfully engage with all stakeholders.
Build excellent relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues.
Collaborate with school teams and work with other professionals and agencies.
