A large international Hotel company based in London is seeking an Assistant Director of Sales to join their expanding sales team.

The Assistant Director of Sales will
Report to the Director of Sales & Marketing
Both develop new business and manage key accounts
Manage the MICE Sales Team of 3
Work closely with internal sales teams
Be involved with special projects with the DOS&M
Represent the hotel at Trade shows within the UK & Overseas
As Assistant Director of Sales you will have
Experience of being a Senior Sales Manager, an Assistant Director of Sales or a Director of Sales looking for that step into the
London market or joining a large Hotel
Experience of working within a large hotel ideally
Have great leadership / man management skills
High standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail.
A strong commercial outlook, determined to achieve results.
Excellent customer care and focus and ability to think outside the box.
Alternatively if you have Venue, Exhibition Centre or Stadia sales experience and looking to step into hotels this may be the role for you
You must have worked in hospitality, live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
