A well-known national estate agency and real estate consultancy are keen to add a bright and hard working Assistant Building Surveyor to join their Bristol office.
The Assistant Building Surveyor\'s Role
The Assistant Building Surveyor will be part of a small team based in Bristol covering a wide range of Building Surveying services across the South West. There will be the opportunity to work independently and assisting senior members of the team on projects.
The main services on offer are technical due diligence, project management, party wall, dilapidations, refurbishment and reinstatement cost assessments and PPM, working across the Residential and commercial sector.
The Assistant Building Surveyor
- RICS accredited Building Surveying degree
- Ambitious and driven individual
- Strong written and verbal communication
- 1 year minimum of Building Surveying experience
- Salary between \xc2\xa325,000 and \xc2\xa335,000
- Car allowance once chartered
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
