Assistant Building Surveyor
Job Description
A dynamic and forward thinking consultancy based in the North East are looking for a Assistant Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.
The Graduate Building Surveyor\'s role
The Graduate Building Surveyor will be given exposure to the full scope of Building Surveying works and professional services along with first class APC support through mentorships and training programme.
The main areas of focus will be on building defects, condition and structural assessment as well as party wall matters, working across a range of sectors including commercial, education, leisure, retail and residential.
The Graduate Building Surveyor
- RICS accredited Building Surveying degree
- Ambitious and hard working
- Clear communicator, both written and verbally
- Keen to complete the APC
- Salary between \xc2\xa320,000 and \xc2\xa330,000
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Bonus scheme based on performance
