We are looking for an innovative Junior Brand Marketer to join a leading FMCG brand as Assistant Brand Manager. This is a really exciting opportunity for you to take the lead on brand strategy and the planning, management and execution for multiple household name brands! You will be supported by a Marketing Manager and the wider team to deliver brand activation plans with ownership of brand activities. What you\'ll be doing

• Develop brand strategies, annual plans, and activation activities to align with brand goals.
• Collaborate with external agencies for successful campaign execution.
• Implement digital and social media programs in partnership with the Social Media Content Manager.
• Support shopper marketing and category teams while ensuring brand alignment.
• Monitor brand performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Design packaging in collaboration with relevant agencies.
• Manage the annual marketing budget for brands.
• Contribute to brand innovation and new product launch plans.
• Maintain brand standards across wider teams
• Promote the brand internally and externally, ensuring understanding and alignment.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders involved in brand campaigns.
• Other duties include: Assisting Marketing Manager in budget management and tracking, manage Consumer Careline and provide insights to the Marketing and Innovation team and optimise brand representation on retailer e-commerce platforms.

Experience you\'ll need

• 1-2 years experience in a similar brand-focused position
• Experience within FMCG or Consumer focused space
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• A passion for all things consumer and demonstrable analytical and creative skills
