Do you love baking? Would you like to work in our kitchen in our popular cafe at Creative Gardens Galgorm?


We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Baker to help make our delicious homemade scones, desserts, cakes and traybakes daily and to help package them for retailing in our shop. To work in our baking and Made In Our Kitchen department preparing bakery items using our own Creative Gardens recipes that keep our loyal customers returning time and time again.


Our Cafes bring the benefit of avoiding those unsociable late night hours, with a finish time no later than 4pm.


This is a permanent position of approximately 20-30 hours and with an hourly rate of 13.40.

Our Story


We are an award-winning Group, winning countless awards for our centres and cafes over the years. Beginning our journey in the 1980s, the family-run business has grown from a small nursery working from the greenhouses at the family home to operating four garden centres and cafes across Northern Ireland with an annual turnover of over 12.5m and over 220 employees.


The Group prides itself on the positive, pleasurable and enjoyable environment each centre provides both its customers and employees. This is reflected in the repeat custom through 40 years and many long-standing employees who have been an integral part of its success and growth.
