Assisting with creating and delivering multiple apprentice pipelines at a growing number of locations to support business need Contribute to the wider defence nuclear skills transformation project Contribute to the refinement and implementation of AWE early careers strategy Assist with the apprentice provision through a transformational change programme to meet future demands Deputise for the Head of Academy when needed Monitor Apprenticeship Standards progress for all areas under their supervision Provide building management Engage with stakeholders to ensure continued operation of programme delivery Whilst not to be considered a check list, candidates should be able to demonstrate some of the following: Expert coaching skills, able to role model and inspire confidence in others Excellent presentation skills Proven change/ project management skills Proven success in developing/ managing others and leading a team Experience in identifying strategic HR related issues, thinking laterally and applying analytical, qualitative and research skills to develop appropriate strategies for resolution Project management experience Must be familiar with UK Apprenticeship Standards and funding models Closing date - 27 September 2023 All candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role.
