We are actively seeking an Assistant Accountant for a highly reputable company in Stone.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a fixed term contract (likely to last 12-14 months).
The main duties include:
- Assisting in month end management accounts
- Fixed Assets
- Accruals & Prepayments
- Posting journals
- VAT returns
- Credit Control
- Sales Ledger
- Purchase Ledger
- Experience of assisting with management accounts
- Credit Control & Purchase Ledger experience
- Good Excel skills
- Experience of Sage (or a similar accounting software)
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, from January 2024 (currently 22 days plus Bank Holidays)
- 35 hour working week
- On-site parking
- Pension (10% employer contribution)
