What you'll be doing

Assets

Improvement and verification and correction of asset inventory in line with contractual obligations. Monitoring updates made to the Mayrise system, and working with Admin team to ensure they are correct and accurate Assist with Accrual/De-Accrual of assets

Functional Responsibilities

Assist Contract & Asset Manager with varied day-to-day tasks Contribute to Monthly Monitoring & Monthly Service Reports Assist with contract compliance Assist with energy calculations and submissions

Who we're looking for

For our Level 4 Apprenticeship, you'll need A Levels or equivalent, typically 2 A Levels. This programme is designed for those looking to step into higher-level roles that demand specialised knowledge and increased responsibility.
