Assessment Social Worker-Hybrid-\xc2\xa342ph-Low caseloads
NonStop Care are working with a well established local authority in the North West of England for an experienced Social Worker to join their Assessment team. The ideal candidate will have experience in carrying out assessments & strive towards the highest level of diligence towards their service users.
This position offers flexible hybrid working options, allowing you to maximise your time spent working from the comfort of your own home and manage your own caseload & diary, meaning you\xe2\x80\x99ll create a fantastic work life balance.
In this position you will hold a very manageable caseload, meaning you will be able to maximise your time spent with service users who need support most, ultimately increasing your work satisfaction.
Some responsibilities of this role include;
- Identify children and families who would benefit from early help.
- Undertake an assessment of the need for early help.
- Provide targeted early help services to address the assessed needs of a child.
- Attractive rate of pay \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa342ph
- Hybrid working options
- ASAP Interview / ASAP Start
- Supportive team & management system
- Manageable caseloads.
- A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
- A drivers license
- An up to date DBS check
- Experience working in assessments within Children\xe2\x80\x99s Services.
