Job Description

Great opportunity to work as an Assembly Operative at our client\'s prestigious automotive warehouse in Redditch.

Assembly Operatives work Monday - Friday with various shift patterns available including:

Rotating day shifts - Paid at \xc2\xa312.23 to \xc2\xa321.74 per hour.
- Week 1 6am to 1:30pm
- Week 2 1:30pm to 8:30pm

Fixed night shifts Monday - Thursday. Paid at \xc2\xa313.59 - \xc2\xa321.74
- 8:30pm to 6am (Monday - Wednesday)
- 9:30pm to 6am (Thursday)

Overtime is available at this site!

The working week will consist of 37 basic hours a week and an hour of overtime - Speak to the onsite team for full details.

This role is a full-time, ongoing position with long-term career prospects!

Your Time at Work

As an Assembly Operative, your duties will include:

- Building car seats for a very well-known brand to achieve a world-class product
- Meeting hourly production targets
- Quality control
- Working in a safety-first manner

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Assembly Operative will have a proactive work ethic and a safety-first mentality. They will be a team player who is willing to support and assist with improvement initiatives.

A good level of finger dexterity is required as they will be working with screws and small items.

Previous experience in a Warehouse, Assembly or Production environment is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
