Assembly operatives required to work with a world-leading engine manufacturer in Coleshill.

Location: Hams Hall - Coleshill
Pay:
\xc2\xa313.20 per hour for AM shifts
\xc2\xa315.18 per hour for PM shifts
\xc2\xa317.55 per hour for night shifts
\xc2\xa316.50 per hour for weekend shift
Overtime on Saturday \xc2\xa319.80 or Sunday \xc2\xa326.40 (for working over 40h)

Depending on the performance during the selection process, applicants may be considered for higher-skilled positions within the business. That would result in an increase of the applicant\'s starting rate of \xc2\xa313.86

Your Time at Work

Key Responsibilities:

- Assembling of engines to meet the required volume and quality targets
- Following a clearly defined engines assembly process
- Completing visual quality checks
- Using handheld and power tools
- Adhere to PPE and Health and Safety requirements
- Completing tasks that require manual handling
- Working in a team or individually as required

- Good Teamwork
- Communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role and knowledge of engines is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided
