In this role, you'll transform creative concepts into polished, production-ready assets while maintaining meticulous brand consistency and quality standards.The ideal candidate combines technical precision with creative sensibilityaEUR"someone who can adapt designs across various formats while preserving the visual impact that makes our brand distinctive.What youaEUR(TM)ll doPrepare and format final artwork for various digital platforms and occasional print needsEnsure all assets meet technical specifications for different channels and platformsCreate multiple versions and sizes of approved designs for different placementsMaintain organised file structures and naming conventionsSupport designers by building templates and creating asset librariesPerform quality control checks on all outgoing filesOptimise images and graphics for web performanceMake text and simple design edits to existing templates and assetsAssist with digital asset management and archivingWhat youaEUR(TM)ll need for this role2+ years experience in artwork production or graphic designExpert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and FIGMAStrong understanding of digital file formats, image optimisation, and technical specificationsExceptional attention to detail and quality control skillsAbility to work efficiently while maintaining accuracyGood organisational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesUnderstanding of responsive design and various digital ad specificationsBonus if you have:Experience with digital asset management systemsHTML and CSS understandingExperience with template-based email systemsFamiliarity with marketing automation platformsHow we workWe try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
