The University of Southampton\'s Arts and Culture Team oversees a range of activities, across multiple artforms. The team includes our venues, John Hansard Gallery and Turner Sims, which are both Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisations.
We are looking to appoint an Arts and Culture Coordinator. This exciting post offers the opportunity to help develop and deliver a wide variety of activities and communications to connect with communities and enhance student experience.
In this role you will coordinate marketing and communications campaigns and administration. This will include developing and delivering an arts internship programme and providing communications and administrative assistance for Southampton Cultural Education Partnership. The role will work with colleagues across the Arts and Culture Team and university community, including the faculties and Student Union, as well as external partners.
Strong knowledge of arts administration and/or communications are essential for this role. You will need to be able to multi-task, make effective use of social media platforms and demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
