The Role: As an Art Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dedicated art teachers and inspiring students within their art classes and workshops. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting teachers in the preparation and organization of art materials, equipment, and resources.
• Maintaining and managing the art studio, ensuring it is well-stocked, clean, and organized.
• Supporting students during practical sessions, providing guidance on the use of various art techniques and tools.
• Preparing and setting up displays of student artwork, both within the school and at external exhibitions.
• Collaborating with teachers to develop innovative projects and initiatives that enhance the artistic experience for our students.
• Overseeing the safe and responsible use of art equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• A strong passion for art and a genuine interest in supporting the artistic development of young minds.
• Previous experience as an Art Technician or in a similar role would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of a wide range of art techniques, materials, and processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage art resources efficiently.
• Effective communication skills, enabling you to work collaboratively with both teachers and students.
• A commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
