Job Description
Alchemy is working alongside an established Gloucestershire based organisation who are looking to bring on an enthusiastic Art Technician to join their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and deliver artworks, sculptures, and high end goods to onsite locations.
- Crate, pack and label artworks professionally.
- Checking the condition of the artworks, making sure items have accurate labelling and recording of locations of all property.
- Handle, install and store artworks and high end goods in a proficient and safe manner.
- Support other departments within the company when needed.
- Making sure stock and materials are always prepared and up to date for use.
- Experience of operating machinery and using tools would be highly advantageous.
- Condition reporting and framing would be beneficial.
- Enthusiastic and organised.
- Producing work to the highest of standards at all times.
- Ability to lift heavy goods.
- Forklift licence is beneficial but not essential.
- Driving license is essential.
