About the RoleWe are delighted to be working with a prestigious Independent girls school in Camden to recruit an Art Teacher. This full-time, permanent position is available for an immediate start and offers the opportunity to teach Art up to KS5, encouraging creativity, artistic expression, and technical skill development.About the SchoolThis Independent school has a highly regarded Visual Arts department, providing students with state-of-the-art studios, digital design labs, and exhibition opportunities. • Teach Art across KS3, KS4, and KS5, helping students explore various artistic techniques
• Guide students in developing portfolios and preparing for GCSE and A-Level Art coursework
• Work collaboratively to enhance the curriculum with digital media, fine art, and contemporary design elements
• Encourage creativity, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving in the classroom
• Contribute to extracurricular activities such as art exhibitions and creative workshops

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Art, Fine Art, or a related subject
• PGCE or QTS
• Experience teaching Art up to KS5
