Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and innovative lessons in Art & Design Technology, inspiring students to explore their creativity and develop practical skills.
• Nurture a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel empowered to express themselves artistically and experiment with different mediums and techniques.
• Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills through project-based learning and hands-on activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the curriculum and promote cross-curricular connections, fostering a holistic approach to learning.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as art clubs or exhibitions, to showcase students\' talents and celebrate their achievements in Art & Design Technology.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Art & Design Technology education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, colleagues, and parents effectively.
• Ability to create a stimulating learning environment that encourages experimentation, creativity, and self-expression.
• Commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students, with a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
