Main Responsibilities as a Secondary Art & Design Teacher:

• Plan, teach, and assess the Art & Design Curriculum.
• Deliver engaging and imaginative lessons that encourage creative expression.
• Foster an environment that promotes artistic exploration and skill development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall creative learning experience.
• Effectively implement the school\'s behavior management policy.
• Provide outstanding safeguarding and pastoral care.

Ideal Candidate:

• Hold Qualified Teaching Status or working towards it
• Have a degree in Art & Design or a related field.
• Passionate about fostering creativity in students.
• ECTs are welcome.
• Proactive, energetic, kind, and caring.
• Possess an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to undergo the process with us).
• A fully checkable work history.
