Salary \xc2\xa325,000 + car
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established, luxury sleep brand as a Visual Merchandiser and Sales Trainer, covering the Midlands/Central Region. This retailer specialises in high quality mattresses and is now looking for a skilled and experienced VM to drive instore standards and sales across all sites.
This role requires a lot of travel between sites daily so you must be happy being out on the road!
Visual Merchandiser - the role:
- Ensure all products are presented to the highest standard in line with company guidelines
- Provide product training and support to in-store staff
- Provide market intelligence on competitors\' products & promotions
- Build strong relationships with all instore teams
- Communicate visual concepts to all audiences
- Experience within the furniture or bed industry is highly desirable
- Strong planning, organisational and time management skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and implement change
- Open and honest character who is an outgoing, friendly and approachable person with the ability to communicate effectively
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and driven
- Driving licence is essential
