Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven salesperson to join our team in Snetterton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new local business opportunities, as well as nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing customers. We're looking for a passionate salesperson, with excellent independent work ethic, who can provide excellent customer service working with our agricultural and commercial customer base.

We will provide all necessary training on our product range and industry specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and capitalise upon new business opportunities

Build and maintain relationships with existing customers

Develop and implement sales strategies

Negotiate sale pricing

Provide exceptional customer service before and after sales

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, and follow-up activities

Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors' products and services

Have the ability to manage your own sales book and schedule

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Saturday mornings as required during busy periods.
