Area Property Operations ManagerLocation: Near Oxford: 4 days on-site, 1 day in-office (no remote flexibility)

Strong track record in Contract & Supplier Management
Full UK Driving Licence xe2x80x93 essential for site travel
Understanding of compliance, audits, inspections, and emergency planning
Commercial mindset with experience managing project works and spend approvals
Experience in multi-site property or public estate settings preferredDesirable:Project Management experience
Membership or commitment to MIWFM/CIWFM or MRICSTravel:You must be within commutable distance of Oxford. This is a hands-on operational role with regular site visits.Interested and available?
