We're looking for an experienced and dynamic
Area Manager
to join the UK's market-leading
Adult Gaming Company
, overseeing a number of venues across the South East London area.

Your Role:
As Area Manager, you will be responsible for:
Driving the overall performance of your area, including financial results and operational excellence.
Leading and managing your team, ensuring engagement, development, and retention.
Overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Ensuring compliance with legal and company standards, including
Health & Safety
and
security protocols
.
Building a culture of success, teamwork, and customer focus across your venues.
About You:
You're a proactive leader with:
Proven experience in
multi-site management
or a similar leadership role.
Strong people management and HR skills.
A solid understanding of compliance, health & safety, and security requirements.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
Flexibility to travel and adapt to the needs of your area.
