We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead between 3-4 cinemas based in and around Yorkshire. As part of the Manchester leadership team, you will be responsible for engaging your teams to \xe2\x80\x9cMake Movies Better\xe2\x80\x9d for all our guests whilst driving performance growth.

We are looking for a visible and hands-on leader who is passionate about the brand and operational standards and can deliver an excellent experience for our colleagues and guests.

Here\'s a taste of what you\'ll be doing as an Area Manager with responsibility of 3 to 4 cinemas:

• Lead, engage and develop cinema teams across your area to ensure a high standard of operational procedures and standards, deliver excellent guest experience whilst delivering key performance indicators, including managing costs and driving sales
• Drive engagement scores across your area through your leadership and drive a positive performance culture
• Grow the guest satisfaction scores and Food and Beverage sales across all cinema
• Successfully implementing company initiatives in an engaging and inspiring way
• Build and maintain a strong connection with the cinema communities driving an increase in attendance and embedding ODEON as part of the community
• Build networks and relationships within the district to share best practice

What we are looking for:

• Operational hands-on leadership experience in managing, developing and coaching multiple teams of colleagues to provide exceptional guest experience and brand standards with successful business outcomes
• A leader who can inspire colleagues to deliver key business strategy and create a sense of belonging for all our colleagues and guests through our values of Trust & Respect, Collaboration & Accountability, Passion & Fun and Quality & Service
• Proven self-motivation, working on your initiative, putting plans into action and improving the performance of your business units and teams
