Area Manager

to oversee a group of stores, drive business performance, and ensure our high standards are consistently maintained.

Role Overview:

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of several stores within your region. You will coach and lead store managers, ensuring each location meets or exceeds targets for sales, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations across multiple Tops Pizza stores Lead, motivate, and support Store Managers and their teams Drive business growth through excellent customer service and local marketing strategies Ensure full compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food hygiene standards Analyse store performance and implement effective action plans Manage staffing needs including recruitment, training, and performance management Regularly report on KPIs and regional performance to senior leadership Conduct routine store visits and audits

Requirements:

Previous multi-site management experience in retail, hospitality, or quick-service restaurants (QSR) preferred Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational abilities Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and analyse performance metrics Flexibility to work across the area, including evenings and weekends when required Full UK driving license is essential
