Conrad Consulting are working alongside an architectural practice that specialises in Classical and Traditional architecture as well as contextual Urban Design to source a variety of Architectural professionals to add to their talented team based in Winchester \xe2\x80\x93 This includes an experienced Architectural Technologist.

The successful Architectural Technologist will focus on delivering schemes of high-quality and with considered thought towards sustainable outcomes that result in harmonious developments and town extensions.

We are looking for Architectural Technologists that can clearly demonstrate over 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 of experience in delivering bespoke residential projects. You will be responsible for leading projects at various work stages and therefore you must be an adept job-runner with a thorough knowledge of construction details and the ability to produce presentation drawings.

Architectural Technologist Requirements:

• Architectural Technology degree or similar
• Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within UK Architecture industry
• Experience delivering bespoke residential projects and an interest in traditional architecture will be favourable
• Strong technical detailing ability
• Thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Proficiency of ArchiCAD is desirable but training will be provided

The position will be based in the company\xe2\x80\x99s head office which is located in the city of Winchester, well connected to all parts of the UK by road, rail and air, with regular trains to London, and beautiful national parks and beaches on the doorstep to the south and east.

The office is easily commutable from Southampton, Portsmouth, Andover, Basingstoke & Salisbury
