Excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join one of the UK\'s leading Architectural practices, to be based in their head office in central Birmingham. This is an ideal opportunity for an Architectural Technologist looking to join one of the most respected and well known practices in the UK, to work on awe inspiring projects throughout the country.

THE COMPANY:

As an Architectural Technologist you will be joining one of the top AJ100 practices in the UK, becoming part of a company wide team of close to 200 members of staff. The practice has been established for over 30 years, in which time they have developed a stellar reputation for delivering high quality projects in a variety of sectors.

The sectors worked within primarily across the business include; Housing, Commercial, Education, Student Living, Hotels, Hospitality, Healthcare and Leisure. This is the perfect position for an Architectural Technician with approximately 2-6 years of industry experience to gain valuable experience in the early parts of your architectural career.

The practice have appeared prominently on the AJ100 rankings consistently for years, which is testament to their ongoing development of current staff and their strategic planning when it comes to recruitment. A position is now available within the Birmingham office for an Architectural Technologist to join the team.

THE ROLE - ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST

The position on offer is for an Architectural Technologist with approximately 5-10 years of industry experience, ideally gained within a private practice environment. The person taking up this position will be expected to provide support to the technical team, working under a Senior Architectural Technologist leading the project.

The Architectural Technologist for this role will be working on a wide range of project types within a variety of sectors, so it would be ideal for applicants to this position to have broad experience in areas such as; Residential, Education and Commercial property amongst others.

The practice offer ongoing development and support to their Architectural Technicians, encouraging them to fulfil their potential to the fullest with clear routes through to Senior & Associate level and beyond.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

\xc2\xb7Possess a degree in Architectural Technology or a HNC/HND in a related field.
\xc2\xb7Approximately 5-10 years of industry experience.
\xc2\xb7Revit proficiency is essential
\xc2\xb7Varied sector/project background
