Are you an Architectural Technician or similar with a background in BIM and Stage 3+ looking for a new challenge in a varied and dynamic role for an Architecture company who offer a healthcare scheme, life assurance, ongoing training, opportunities to progress and more?

In this varied role, you will undertake a range of tasks including, creating technical drawings and designs that meet building codes regulations. Your duties will also include, researching materials and construction methods, co-ordinating with architects and attending site visits. You will also assist with cost estimations and sustainability efforts.

The Role

• Create technical drawings and models
• Ensure deigns meet building codes and regulations
• Liaise and co-ordinate with clients, contractors and other departments

The Person

• Architectural Technician or similar
• Background in BIM
• Experience with medium-sized projects from Stage 3 onwards
• Commutable to Westerham
