We're looking for a technically strong BIM and Revit Specialist to join our London studio, supporting our Interior Design team on major commercial workplace projects.


In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality, coordinated documentation using Revit, working closely with designers to bring complex interior concepts to life. You'll need solid experience in commercial interiors, strong Revit skills, and a sharp eye for detail, particularly around buildability and technical resolution.

Key tasks and responsibilities



Revit Modelling and Drafting: Proficiently utilise Revit software to create detailed models and accurate drawings of architectural interior designs, encompassing spatial layouts, furniture, fixtures, and finishes. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other consultant and/or contractor team members to translate design concepts into functional Revit models, ensuring alignment with project goals and design intent. Documentation and Detailing: Prepare comprehensive construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, utilising Revit tools to accurately communicate design information. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks on Revit models and documentation to ensure precision, compliance with standards, and adherence to project requirements. BIM Standards and Best Practices: Implement and uphold established BIM (Building Information Modelling) standards and best practices within the architectural interior design team, contributing to efficient workflows and project consistency. Problem Solving and Support: Proactively identify and address technical issues or challenges related to Revit modelling and collaborate with team members to find viable solutions. Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated with industry trends, software enhancements, and advancements in Revit technology, actively participating in training sessions and skill development opportunities to enhance proficiency. Experience with 3D rendering plug-in favourable.


Qualifications

Skills and experience



Proficiency in Revit software for interior architecture design and documentation, including all RIBA stages. Experience in document management and management of sharing platforms Demonstrated experience in producing accurate and detailed technical drawings within an interior design context. Understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations related to interior architecture. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in work output. Prior experience in an architectural or interior design firm is preferred.
