A leading chartered and award winning architectural consultancy based in Exeter city centre are looking for a newly qualified Architect or an experienced Part 2. The practice has almost 20 years of experience and work on some of the most prestigious projects locally.

This practice is known for its high quality work in residential projects such as new homes, sustainable design, conversion and heritage, extension & refurbishment, housing & later living. You\'ll be provided with the chance to grow and gain your professional career development with a friendly, sociable team in a small architecture practice.

The Role: Architect

• Managing and running your own projects as well as alongside the directors
• Leading a vibrant, creative and hardworking team
• Initially preparing working drawings, layouts, sketches and graphic representations
• Liaising with different contractors and working professionals
• Production of design developments and construction documents along with architectural planning, drafting and detailing
• Attending client and site meetings

• Excellent technical and design skills
• Strong client engagement skills and experience
• Strong working knowledge of UK Planning policies and building regulations
• At least 3-5 years working experience plus
• Experience using Revit would be an advantage
• Confident leading a team and managing personal workload
