ArchiCAD Project Architect for Exciting Multi Sector Role

Salary Guide: \xc2\xa338,000 - \xc2\xa348,000

Summary We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join a fantastic architecture firm located just South of London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ArchiCAD and SketchUp, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the design and delivery of architectural projects, from concept to completion
• Collaborating with clients, consultants, and the project team to develop project briefs and design solutions.
• Preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
• Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.
• Managing project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members

Skills and Qualifications:

• ARB/RIBA registered
• Proven experience as a Project Architect, with a strong portfolio of completed projects across a range of sectors.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD and SketchUp, along with excellent knowledge of other relevant design software
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations, construction methods, and materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
