Can you lead and inspire others? Can you tolerate and manage risk? And are you able to \xe2\x80\x9cthink on your feet\xe2\x80\x9d? If so, we are seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to work alongside the Team Manager on our highly regarded Rapid Response Team

The Rapid Response Team provides vital out of hours support to our referred families and we are proud to be accessible at the point of need. Our overall aim is to minimise the risk of family breakdown by offering crisis support. We rely exclusively on the skills of our team members to achieve this and therefore part of your role will be to support, guide and supervise staff, while working with the Team Manager to continuously improve and expand our service.

Safeguarding will be your primary consideration and you should have extensive experience of managing complex situations and balancing risk.

Within the Rapid Response Team, no two days will be the same and as such you will need to be able to remain calm under pressure and able to adapt to the changing pace and situations - but that\'s what makes the role so dynamic! We work closely with our colleagues in Social Care, the Police, and Mental Health Services to ensure children are supported in the most appropriate way - often thinking collaboratively and outside of the box to come up with ways to achieve this.

You will need to be Social Work Qualified with an up-to-date registration and be able to use your previous field experience to adapt to the needs of our team. Although the core hours are generally office based, you will need to be flexible and periodically work alongside the team for some of our peak operational hours, which can include occasional evenings and weekends. You will also be part of the ARC Services on-call rota system.

You will also need to have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
