This role involves the day-to-day management of a mixed farm, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, financial planning, capital and input purchasing, and grain trading.In addition to traditional arable farm operations, the farm has also expanded into on-farm diversification projects, including Christmas tree growing. The role remains hands-on, with responsibilities including combine driving at harvest and drilling in the autumn.This is a long-term career opportunity within a well-resourced business that offers modern equipment, excellent grain storage facilities, and ambitious plans for the future.Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the farm.
• Overseeing budgeting, financial planning, capital & input purchasing, and grain trading.
• Driving the combine at harvest and operating a drill in autumn.
• Supporting on-farm diversification projects, including Christmas tree growing.
• Ensuring high standards of health & safety.
• Leading and working as part of a tight-knit team to ensure smooth farm operations.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Some livestock experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
