16 to 17 year olds 7.55



18 to 20 year olds 10.00



21 and over 12.21



Hours:

37 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, annualised contract)


Contract:

Fixed-term - 42 months

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join our Fleet Services team as a

Workshop Technician Apprentice

. If you're passionate about mechanics and eager to learn, this is your opportunity to gain real experience while working towards a Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship.

What You'll Be Doing



Assist in inspecting and repairing vehicles and equipment. Learn to diagnose faults using modern tools and systems. Help with vehicle and machine preparation, including fuelling, cleaning and checks. Gain experience in MOT station procedures and depot operations. Understand key fleet regulations, safety practices, and maintenance standards. Keep accurate records and support vehicle compliance work.

What We're Looking For



Enthusiastic, committed, and willing to learn. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic understanding of health and safety responsibilities. GCSEs at grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
