What would my working day be like?





You will be working in the Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings division - responsible for the design, manufacture, installation, and maintenance of advanced electronic systems. This will be a

3-year Apprenticeship

where you will be put onto the

Level 3 Fire, Emergency and Security Systems (FESS) Technician Apprenticeship Standard.





We are recruiting keen, ambitious, and dynamic candidates to join our field service team - you will be trained to become a multi-skilled service engineer looking after fire and security systems on customer sites within the Branch. There will also be some travel to other areas of the UK. This opportunity is based in the Liverpool area.

Your role will include:



Servicing security systems including CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm Assist small works team carrying out small installations Actively participate in any arranged company training Produce required paperwork Carry out your own PPE / safety equipment checks prior to use and ensure they are maintained in line with the company Health and Safety policy and processes Strong organisational skills; able to priorities workloads, including the ability to multi-task effectively.


You will need to be mobile, have

a full driving license

and prepared to travel to all sites within the remit of the role which will involve some staying away from home.

What do I need to apply?





The minimum educational requirements for this role are 5 GCSE's, grade 4 and above including Mathematics and English Language.



Rather than being office based, this exciting role will see you visiting different buildings around Liverpool where our innovative technology is used - therefore you must be happy with regular travel and have

a full UK driving license.
