Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyse performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies. Provide leadership within the sales team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.
