Job Description
We are looking for a keen candidate searching for a career in childcare to join our enthusiastic and friendly 'Outstanding' team. The successful candidate will also obtain a childcare Level 3 qualification whilst doing so.
This will be a full time position during term time. (working 38 weeks per year)
Ideally we would like the candidate to hold their Level 2 childcare qualification already.
To gain a sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS through the support of you colleagues and mentor. To develop core skills required to deliver effective practice in all areas of learning and development during interaction with any child. To nurture and build trusting relationships with all children. To gain an understanding of the importance of communicating and working in partnership with families and outside agencies. To work as part of a professional team of practitioners. To develop the skills required to make positive contributions as a valued team member. Take ownership of own learning and personal professional development of self. Responsibilities and Requirements:*
To assist colleagues in raising overall quality of the nursery. To form strong professional relationships with you co-key children and their families. To observe your mentor and colleagues practices and to listen and reflect positively to any constructive comments offered. To implement such learnt practices yourself and seek guidance when necessary. To show interest and participate in the planning and delivery of the EYFS. To professionally discuss and question any concerns regarding the safety and welfare of any child.

Pay: From 7.55 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
