Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring that the necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure that all documentation is completed in accordance with practice protocols.
Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction and continuity of care.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Utilise IT systems for record keeping, appointment management, and inventory control.
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in dental nursing.
Experience
Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is preferred but not essential; newly qualified nurses are encouraged to apply.
Strong English language skills for effective communication with patients and colleagues.
Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A genuine passion for patient care and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Familiarity with IT systems relevant to dental practice operations is advantageous.
