We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Data Technician to join our existing Facilities Management team based in the Northwest reporting to our Cost and Revenue Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the data team and Cost & Revenue Manager to support in the production of datasets and systems used to meet business needs.

The Role





We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Data Technician to work as part of our growing Facilities Management team based in Bamber Bridge.


On this apprenticeship you will undertake an appropriate qualificationthrough a local college or university. Whilst undertaking your academic learning you will also be working alongside our experienced teams to learn work-based skills.


Our Apprenticeship scheme provides a perfect way to earn a wage while you gain vital work experience and a nationally recognised qualification. You will be fully supported and mentored through your apprenticeship and be given time to complete your college work. You will receive training in situ and attend college one day a week.

Your duties will include but will not be limited to



To learn the different digital systems, software and packages that are utilised in EWFM Assist with creating data sets for use in the business tools, monitoring and analysis Assist with production of business analytical reports Assist with the creation of dashboards To assist with updating starter and leaver information To assist in the creation of user accounts in various systems Assist in discussions identifying reporting requirements within the business and relevant data sources. To support with identification of potential improvements within the systems Assist with monitoring the training and competency systems To assist in the management, issuing and monitoring of training and awareness courses held on Safety Hub and provide monthly reports on course completions and non-completions on both hard services and soft services Learn to identify trends and work with the operational delivery teams to improve performance Follow and complete the relevant training provided for the role Carry out any other reasonable tasks, which may be required from time to time to enable the company to remain adaptable to changing markets and needs
