Business Administration Apprentice. This is an office based role.

Real Responsibility:

From day one, you'll be entrusted with real responsibilities and tasks that contribute to the growth and success of our company. Responsibilities will include:

Answering in bound phone calls.

You'll answer the phones to our clients and will either redirect their call to one of our team or take messages to ensure that we get back to them in the right way.

Making out bound phone calls.

Emails.

Dealing with external emails as instructed. Management of your own emails to ensure that tasks set are delivered.

Typing up letters and various documents.

We will train you on how we handle written correspondence. You will need to be able to type to a good standard and experience of MS Office including Word documents is preferable.

Scanning and Filing.

We deal with a variety of documents and document storage is vital in our business. You will be scanning and filing all client paperwork that comes into the office and an organised approach will be important.

Opening and distributing post. Franking and sending post.

Database management.

We use a variety of software packages and you will be entering data and managing data on a daily basis.

Client Administration.

Assisting with our onboarding process for new clients who instruct us as their accountant. Assisting with offboarding clients.

Welcoming visitors to the office.

We have a large number of local clients who visit us from time to time. You will be instrumental in providing a warm welcome to all visitors.

Office supplies and general involvement in the up-keep of our office.

Involved in managing a variety of office based tasks as directed by the Office Manager.

Qualifications:

Earn a recognised qualification while you work, boosting your CV and opening doors to exciting career prospects. You'll gain a Business Administration Level 3 or 4 business administrator apprenticeship qualification.

Salary:

In line with the National Minimum Wage. You'll also receive holiday, pension and other benefits.
