To provide Administration support within the DLO. The responsibilities of the role are to support and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers. With a focus on adding value, the role of apprentice administrator contributes to the efficiency of an organisation, through support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested. The flexibility and responsiveness required allows the apprentice to develop a wide range of skills.
Deliver responsibilities efficiently and with integrity - showing a positive attitude. The role involves demonstrating strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and adopting a proactive approach to developing skills.
This apprenticeship role will be required to complete the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard. As part of this role and apprenticeship qualification you will learn about policies, processes and regulations that impact your work, working and communicating with others in the organisation, decision making principles and project management skills.

About you
You must have GCSE or equivalent standard in Maths and English.. You must be able to communicate and work with internal and external customers, stakeholders and colleagues at all levels, with varying needs and involve them in the development of services, Knowledge and experience of using of Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Word, Excel.
