Appointment Setter (cold Calling B2b)

Phoenix 3D is currently recruiting a new Appointment Setter to help try and grow our business even further.
We are a well established business who have been running for over 10 years. We offer logistics solutions for all commercial vehicles - from Vans to HGV trucks. We are trying to expand our sales team and as such are on the lookout for a new appointment setter.
The role is telephone based and requires applicants to communicate with potential clients on an outbound calling basis.
The ideal candidate for this role should have previous outbound calling experience and have the ability to work in a targeted background.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct business-to-business outbound lead generation through cold-calling and email outreach. Gather information about prospective customers' current vehicle security setups. Book appointments for sales representatives to provide proposals. Ability to provide quotes and close deals over the phone with training and support to help achieve this. Develop a strong understanding of our products and communicate their benefits to prospective customers. Meet and exceed targets. Maintain a database of leads and prospects using a CRM system. Keep accurate records of activities and prospect data in the CRM. Always open to continuous improvement methods and embrace learning.
Criteria For Application:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Understanding of the sales process and sales performance metrics
- Experience in qualifying leads over the phone and appointment setting
- Experience in using CRM software desirable but not essential as training will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00 per year
