Applications Engineer

• Privately owned business involved in the supply of engineering products.
• Experts at instrumentation and pumps.
• Looking to grow the UK team.
• Technical products used in a wide range process industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage and petrochemical.

The Role of the Applications Engineer:

• Dealing with initial enquiries.
• Providing quotations to customers/suppliers.
• Provide product knowledge to potential customers.
• Nurture customer relationships and go the extra mile.
• Competent supplier knowledge.
• Processing orders with customers and suppliers.
• Data Input.
• Make and receive telephone calls.
• Send and receive emails.
• Working with the Business Development Managers to contribute towards their sales plan.

The Ideal Person for the Applications Engineer:

• Experience within their industry.
• Experience with the products would be a big advantage (Either mass flow instrumentation OR pumps + valves).
